Blurry icons on Office 2003

Hi, I recently upgraded to Office 2003 Pro from XP Pro
and for some reason the icons on "all" applications' task
bars are appearing kinda blurry compared to how awesome
they looked in XP.
Can someone explain? Is there anyone having the same
issue?

p.s. I have a notebook running at 1920 X 1200
