Blurry Toolbar Icons

I was disappointed when I loaded Office 2003 and found all the toolbars to
have "blurry" icons. Has anyone found a solution to this? I would
appreciate the help.

Thanks.

Will I be notified when the problem is corrected - and will Microsoft supply
software that will take care of the problem?

It is not a "problem" that Microsoft will be fixing. It is the new
interface and is intentional. Play with your theme and background colors to
change it.
