Boardroom Calendar in Public Folders

Hi,

I am trying to reset up a calendar in our public folder list that all users
use to book the boardroom. It was previously set up where the users would
request the boardroom as a resource and invite other users for attending a
meeting. I have gone through all the steps of creating a mailbox for the
boardroom, setting permissions and such.

The problem that I am having is that the calendar info is not the same as
the public folder. How do you go about displaying what is in the calendar
for this mailbox and where it will update when a new calendar entry is made?
Is it correct that if I made a calendar in the public folders that you would
not be able to use it as a resource? I need to get this resolved as soon as
I can and I have come to the end of my rope in ideas.
