Boatload of questions (sorry)

I've been diving in to the Ribbon. I realized that we had just copied
our Office 2003 menus over to the ribbon - and that was a poor use of
what it can do.

So now really pushing it - I have a bunch of questions. Hope I don't
over-do it.
