body field is not sent when sending a custom form as meeting reque

when I send my custom appointment form as meeting request, all data is sent
with the form, even my own added fields. when the recepient opens the
invitation the data is still there. as soon as he accepts the invitation all
the data is saved except the body field. why is this happening?
I'm using outlook 2000 sp3.
