Bogus Entries in My Calendars, My Contacts, My Tasks, My Notes, My Journals

Hello,

I am using Outlook 2007 with Outlook Connector to access my hotmail
account. I usually work on two machines with Outlook installed and I
need a way to synchronize my Personal Folders between the machines.
Looking around, I tried the "briefcase" method as outlined here:

http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.asp#briefcase

The sync works great and I can get my calendars, contacts, tasks, notes,
and journals just fine. The problem is, Outlook Connector puts extra
calendars, contacts, tasks, notes, and journals from hotmail account
into the "my" groups. After syncing Outlook.pst (the Personal Folder)
from one machine to another through briefcase, bogus entries mixed with
normal entries start to appear in the "my" groups.

For example:

Before syncing, My Calendars contains:

Calendar
....'s Calendar in (e-mail address removed)

After syncing and opening Outlook, My Calendars contains:

Calendar
....'s Calendar in (e-mail address removed)
....'s Calendar in (e-mail address removed)

Out of the three entries above, either the 2nd or the 3rd entry is
bogus, usually the 3rd. Clicking on the bogus entry triggers the error
pop-up box "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If
the problem persists, restart Outlook.", then Outlook deletes the entry.

Now I am wondering what causes this as Personal Folder (Outlook.pst)
theoretically should have no internal coupling of any kind with Outlook
Connector. Would it solve the problem if I move all my calendars,
contacts, tasks, notes, and journals to a separate PST file as it seems
like Outlook treats Personal Folders in a very special way?

This doesn't make any sense to me. If you're accessing Hotmail with the
Outlook Connector your data will AUTOMATICALLY be available on any machine
running Outlook and the Outlook Connector because it's all stored on the
Hotmail server and does not have to be transferred between machines.
