I know it is possible to make boilerplate text available when the user
right-clicks at the insertion point in a document, then selects
"boilerplate," then the desired boilerplate name from the drop-down menu. I
have two questions about this I can't find answers to.
First, I am using Word 2002. Is this feature only available in later
versions of Word?
Second, how do users make boilerplate text available from the drop-down menu
as described above? I am assuming the text is created using autotext, but am
not certain.
Thanks for all comments/suggestions.
