Bold and Italic faces for Template Users

Graham Mayer has sent me the code necessary to turn back on Spell Check for
users of the form template I've developed. But I also need them to be able to
bold or italic face in their response fields at will. How do I turn these on
(they disappeared when I locked the template.)

What happens if I just don't lock the template - which seems to be where all
the trouble comes in??? Thanks, Susan

The form must be locked to work correctly. You have to decide on the format
of the content of fields beforehand. It is not possible to format fields or
parts of fields later. If you require free editing of a document maybe a
form is not the best answer? Have a look at

I have printed out your macrobutton document and will study it today at work.
The letterhead article doesn't help me because the form (to be used to
standardize hospital lab procedures) has to have specific elements which are
now in the template, and an area for each that the procedure writer will use
to input specifics. That's where I need the ability for occasional bold and
italic typefaces. Spellchecker is the main thing however, and I'll tackle
that one as you specified earlier.

Also, I understand about not leaving the template unlocked. Thanks Graham!
