Bold and underline inside memo's

I need a way to do underline and bold (and even small balls like in
html) inside a memo. is that possible ? i dont care (obviously) that it
will save some kind of macro/RTF inside the db ...

is that possible ? if so - how ? (something i dont need to program by
myself, unless it is REALY easy...)
