Bold font in tasks

Hi,

What does it mean if the task becomes "bold" after input of hours or dates?
Does it imply any clashes of dates or resources? I checked and could not find
any!

Hi Dip

In which view are you working?

In Gantt chart a task becomes bold if it becomes a Summary task.
In Resource Usage view, a Resource would be in bold and Red colour if it has
become overallocated, i.e allocated to activities more than the available
amount.

Hi Vanita,

In gantt chart view.

It is not a summary task. It is a normal task. But it is after the last
(final) date (finishing date) of all tasks (and summaries). The whole task
row is bold but different font (times roman).

Any ideas?

You are working on a server version or a standalone version? I have never
come across such a situation in a standalone version.

Hello Vanita,

It is a standalone version (MSP 2003 Standard). It IS strange cos I have
worked with MSP for a few years and never happened like this.

I haven't seen this either. Have you installed Service Pack 3 (SP3) ? Does
it occur on a new project?
