bold in report or form

Hello,

I have the form named list of church officers
This report based on membership table, on which there is a memberstatus "
Active" or Dormant

although in my report or form I do not have field ( but in its query it has)
memberstatus, how can we make it that if the member is Dormat ( Inactive),
the Name field in the report or from will showed as shadowed or highlighted.
Just to indicate, that he or she will not be elected in the election of
church officers.

I appreciate for any help of idea.
