In some documents (not all) formatting commands get applied to the whole document instead of just selected text. Highlighting a word, pressing Cmd-B for example bolds the whole thing.
Weird thing is that pressing Cmd-Z (undo) corrects this, i.e. results in the selected text being bold and the effect disappearing from the rest of the document.
The exact same thing happens with other formatting options - italics, bullets, etc.
This is appear to be related to the platform the docs originated from, nor any specific action I'm able to discern.
It's mighty annoying - has anyone seen this happen? Any ideas on how to make this go away??
Thanks!
