Hi
I have opened a file that I created on a PC. Some of the text is in bold type and some not.
This may be a silly question but I can't find any way to make the text in a cell bold, or unbold for that matter.
Can you help?
Thanks

Well, there are at least 6 ways I can think of but these 4 should get you
going :) First, of course, select the cell(s) to which you want to
apply/remove Bold, then do either of the following;

A. Click the Bold button on the Formatting Toolbar (exactly as you would in
any PC version other than 2007 where you would find the button in the Home
tab of the Ribbon or in the Mini Toolbar), or

B. Go to Format> Cells - Font, & select Bold [or Normal to remove] (exactly
as you would in any PC version other than 2007 where you'd click the Dialog
Launcher button in the Font Group on the Home Tab), or

C. Use the Bold button in the Font group of the Formatting Palette of the
Toolbox, or

D. Use the keystroke Command+B (equivalent to Control+B in the PC versions)
