Bond Calculator

I have Excel 97 and would like a template or program to
calculate the price of a bond if I know its settlement
date, coupon rate, maturity date, and current yield.

Possibly it is already on the system, but I do not know
how to find it.

Are there third party providers of such programs?

Kent,

The PRICE worksheet function is close what you want.

=PRICE(settlement,maturity,rate,yld,redemption,frequency,basis)

I have Excel 2000, so I'm not sure it's available with Excel 97. Check Excel
Help for more information.
