Book fold document and margins please help!

Hi there, I trying to create a wedding booklet and need help! (using Word 2003)

I have used the bookfold page setup and created a custom page size (as the
paper is 24.4 X 17.2 cm)

The booklet prints off but what I need to do is mirror the margin settings.
How can I go about doing that for a bookfold? If I manually tweak the
margins the text falls off the page - any advice ?

Note that "Book fold" reverses mirror margins (this is a bug), so you have
to reverse the values for Inside and Outside.
