Book on Project Server (EPM)

Anyone please sugget good book on EPM using Project Server.
Book should be available in India.

I don't recommend these books as a reference material. While the contents in
the book are good, there is no index, so it is VERY difficult to find
anything.

I am sure I will get bashed for this response, but I feel strongly about
this. the contents is GOOD, but the lack of an index is not good.

50 pages of new content, including a complete index. No one will bash you
for your comments. In fact, after we had already published our books, we
heard the same comment many times. Thanks for sharing.
