The second edition of our Managing Enterprise Projects book includes about
50 pages of new content, including a complete index. No one will bash you
for your comments. In fact, after we had already published our books, we
heard the same comment many times. Thanks for sharing.
Hammi said:I don't recommend these books as a reference material. While the contents
in
the book are good, there is no index, so it is VERY difficult to find
anything.
I am sure I will get bashed for this response, but I feel strongly about
this. the contents is GOOD, but the lack of an index is not good.
Hammi said:Dale,
I did not know you added an index to your book. I would then withdraw my
previous comments. You and Gary know your stuff and your books are very
helpful and informative. Glad to know you added an index. Now I would
consider your books complete and worth the money.

Thank you for your kind recommendation!
I have no idea if they are available in India but go here
http://www.asaris.de/sites/walsh/Lists/WSS FAQ/VII view SPS 2003 and WSS Books.aspx
and search on "Project" and both the best two books (from Gary
Chefetz
and
Dale Howard) are listed.
