Book on Visio for Creating Diagrams for Programming

I have hacked and slayed with Visio a couple of times and always end of
expending a lot of time.

I am looking for a book or documents on how to create different diagrams
specifically for Software development (Flowchart / Deployment / Sequence).
I am currently using VS .NET so anything Visio related would be of interest too.

I have looked at the MS-Office Visio Inside / Out book but it is too general
and covers too many topics I don't care about.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
