Book Suggestions

Hello,
I have been looking through Amazon.com for books that incorporate UML and/or
database modeling with Visio.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the suggestion! I read the reviews of this book at Amazon.com,
and the book did not seem to get very high marks. It might work because I
use Visual Studio.NET and do a lot of database work, but I wonder if there
might be other books similar to this that might be more highly regarded.

Do you have any other book suggestions?

Thanks again!

the 'standard' response for visio are David Edson's and Graham Wideman's
books, assuming you want to write code for visio. The application of UML
with Visio (as you've discovered) can be pretty sparse. I saw over on Amazon
that a new title is supposed to be coming out. The one I referenced is based
on Grahams recommendation.

Thanks again for your help. The reviews of the WROX book also indicated that
books on the UML with Viso subject were sparse.

The Wrox book is the only one that covers the UML/Visio subject. Edson and
Wideman's books deal with advanced developer topics with Visio.

For general use, "Developing Microsoft Visio Solutions" and the "Inside Out"
for Visio are good.
