Booking a Resource

Is your resource config using the Direct Booking Feature
in Outlook. If so the users will receive a Popup Dialog
Box confirming that the resource has been booked or the
time requested is not available. In combination with the
feature you can use the Rules Wizard to respond to any
messages sent to the inbox of your resource.
