booking diary

I am trying to create a view which shows dates along the top, caravans along
the slide and the data showing whether their is a booking or not. Any
pointers?

Use a Crosstab query to do that. See Help on Crosstab, and there is a wizard to assist
you.

Thanks - the cross tab is quite good. However, I have two date fields
(arrive and checkout). I'd like to show the dates in between as booked also.
Any ideas?
