I have one personal calendar and one calendar for booking appointments
in a conference room an both is connected to a Exchange server. I added
the conference room to my contacts. When I book a meeting I included
the the CR and when I looked in the calendar there is a booking in the
CR caledar. However there is a couple of problems that I need to solve:
When I'm booking I can't see if the CR is available. How can I see if
the CR is available?
If there is a change in the booking and I change it in my calendar,
there will be two entrys in the CR calendar. One for the old booking
and one with the new. How can I make the old entry dissapear when I
remove a booking in my calender or when I make a change?
(CR = conference room)
