Booking Resources and/or using Public Folder Calendars - Exchange

R

RSI -Brian

Exchange 2003 Std Server. 90% Mac OS X Entourage 2008 clients.

Can Ent 2008 directly reserve (and check free/busy availability) bookable
resources (conf rooms) which are set to auto accept?

And/or, can Ent 2008 users see/edit public folder calendars (for conf rooms)?

Which practice would you recommend we try to adopt?
Any other ideas?

Thanks in advance?

Use the SendFeedback command in Office to let MS know you really really
really need this function.

Microsoft's recommended means of reserving resources is to use the Auto
Accept Agent. Each resource is assigned an address and users simply add
that address to their invitees list. The server responds with an
"accepted" or "rejected" message to the meeting organizer.
