Booklet creation on a4 paper Portrait (long & thin pages)

In Bookfold mode, MSWord defaults to Landscape for the paper orientation. I
often need to create booklets using the paper in Portrait orientation. It
would be really helpful to have the choice.

And the infuriating thing is that Word appears to let you do this but then
prints it wrong.
