booklet does not print

I created an 8-page booklet in Word with Multiple Pages: Reverse Book Fold
and Pages in Booklet: Auto. When I try to print (HP930) with Manual Duplex,
it prints only one sheet with only page 5, then tells me to put output sheets
in input tray. When I do that it prints pages 4 and 5 on the other side of
the sheet with page 5 [yes, that's right, it prints page 5 twice], and then
it prints a second sheet with pages 2 and 7.
Needless to say, none of the troubleshooting directions in "Help" address
this.
Is anyone able to print booklets?

"Book fold" has been flaky ever since it wasintroduced in Word 2002, and
Word 2007 seems to have introduced even more problems. If that's the version
you're using, try saving the document in Word 97-2003 format (if you are not
using Word 2007 features that would not be preserved) and see if that helps.
I will also add your issue to a bug report I have already submitted.
