Help! How does the Booklet function in Word 2002 work?
When I print: Page 1 mutt be the cover; Page 2 must be
the inside cover; Page 3 prints out on the right half of
the page (left is blank), Pages 4-5 print side by
side ... Page 7 is only on the right, Page 7 is only on
the left ... Page 8-9 are side by side. ARGHHHH!!! Even
if I staple the back & front of e.g., Page 1 & 2, and 3 &
4-5, it still doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?? I am
trying to set up a template. Each booklet will be around
18-20 pages. Please help, I am on a deadline :-(( I've
read these: <<How do I lay out to get proper page .

help. What am I doing wrong???
Thank you,
Susan

I'm not offering help, I'm also frustrated! I'm working
in Word 2000 and determined to find a way to get booklet
printing to work. Help us both, please!!!

Ladies:

I have just finished a tough battle in putting together my first booklet in
Word 2002. The reason I upgraded to Word 2002 was to take advantage of Book
fold. Well --

I'm not through with checking out Book fold yet, but I can tell (as a very
experienced computer person) that it has been a pain! However, if you will
follow Suzanne Barnhill's simple method in the link she provides, you will
find success. This will mean using mirror margins. I am really happy with
the results!

I will be watching to see if you post in the process, and maybe I can help
make it easier for you.

Don't forget to keep your total number of pages divisible by 4.
