I am creating a booklet (8.5" x 11") on 11 x 17 paper using a printer that
has duplexing capabilities. For some reason, when it prints, it is printing
the pages in the wrong order and adding 4 more blank pages. I have checked
over and over that there are only 20 pages in the document.
I have done the following set up:
Page set up, book fold, all pages (booklet is actually 20 pages long),
landscape
Print set up, in printer's properties, I chose duplex, flip on short edge,
landscape
When it prints, page 1 is first, then a blank page, then it prints backwards
from page 19 to 2 with another blank page on the inside back cover and page
20 is in the right place. When the booklet is folded as printed, at the
center fold is two more blank pages.
I have created a smaller booklet before (1/2 of 8.5x11) and I didn't have
these problems. Is there something unique for printing a booklet done on
11x17 as compared to the smaller version?
