Booklet printing for manual imposition word 2007

I have a document in word 2007 setup for booklet printing. It's only 4
"pages." I want to print side 1, turn it over in the color printer and print
side 2. It looks great on the screen. It prints perfectly on two sheets of
paper if I just hit print.

When I try to print only one "page," which is the cover page and page 1,
then it doesn't print anything at all. Nothing ... no errors on the printer
.... no thing.

I had the same document in word 2003 and it had the same problem.

I am baffled.

You should have an option to print odd pages and even pages. Try that - odd
first, then turn them over and print the even pages.

There is no option for odd/even pages in the print dialogue box. i can
manually put in the odd nos 1, 3
