Booklet printing/margin problems

I'm very new to publisher and I'm hoping someone can
help. I'm creating an 8.5 x 11 Booklet that will print
on 12 x 18 paper. I'm working on pages 2 and 3 which
appear fine in edit mode. But when I Print Preview some
of the text boxes on the bottom of Page 2 disappear. I
then printed it to PDF to see the results and it looks
like there is a one inch top and bottom margin on Page 2
but Page 3 is prefect.

I've tried setting the margins to zero again but it's not
working any suggestions?

Why would one page appear to have margins and the one
right next to it have none?

Thanks,
Amy

Thanks!

I'm using Publisher 2003 and am running Windows XP. I'll
eventually be printing to a Minolta Color Copier (using a
Fiery X3e 31C-M PCL v1.2 driver.)

The Page size is 8 1/2 x 11. That's why I'll be using
the HUGE 12x18 paper.

I still say there's too much wasted paper in this process. Someone's
going to have to trim this job and that either involves the OP's time
or her cost is going up.

The idea is that instead of getting 8.5x11 when folded, you get 9x12 - i.e.,
there is whitespace, which you can trim, which means you can print the job
on a (cheaper) printer that does not support full bleed printing, and still
print to the edge of the brochure

Amy,
Download the driver for the printer you will use for this project, setup your printer
first using the 12 x 18 size, then the page setup. See if that solves your problem.

Here in the colonies the most common sizes are:
8½"x11"
8½"x14"
11"x17" <= would be used for a booklet size 8½"x11"

I believe it's an oversized size - for full bleed printing without the extra
equipment.
A bit like A3+
