For those asking about folded booklet printing, there is a new piece of
freeware on versiontracker. It is called Cocoabooklet.
The program seems to be set up to work best with a duplex printer.
I did a quick test on it, and got it to work OK on a single sided
printer by shoving the work through as odds then the same stack as
evens reversed with the cocoabooklet preferences set to not flip odds.
Depending on your own printer's paper handling, you may need to
experiment. Mine is a Brother 2600CN. Output appears face down, top
towards you. Just shove the stack back in the input tray to print the
evens.
Boy that stuff limbers up your 3-d brain cells. I think I need to lie
down now.
