Booklet with top fold

I don't know if this is possible - but I need to create a booklet with
a TOP fold rather than a SIDE fold. Rather like a TENT CARD but with 4
pages. Page 1 and 4 to be on one side of A4 and pages 2 & 3 on the
other side of A4 (when folded this will produce an A5 booklet in
LANDSCAPE modewith the fold at the top. I know I could base it on
booklet and work in landscape mode but then all photos and text added
would be 90 degrees out. Anyone got any ideas please?
I've tried basing it on a tent card and adding a page - problem then
is that pages 1 and 2 are on one side and pages 3 and 4 are on the
other side of the sheet.

You didn't say what version Publisher. When you use a tent card setup for a top
fold booklet, page two will be the back. Insert two pages. Anything you create
on page three will have to be rotated 180 degrees. This is the way tent cards
works. Refer to print preview.

It would be less confusing to use the regular booklet setup and rotate your
objects.
