have a complex problem with a particular document (version Word 2003). It
is a simple Word document that is 2 pages in length. The shell of the
document is used month after month to generate reports for clients.
There are no numbered headings, only bulleted text and two tables. Within
one of the tables is a footnote. When formatting and editing the document
the footnote is fine. However, this month after sending the report to our
client I attempted to print the document (as I always do) and the footnote
was replaced by "Error! Bookmark not define." This error message can be
fixed and the document saved; however, every time I press print the error
returns.
The "Update Fields" printing option is not activated.
