bookmark individual objects in an emedded visio file?

Is it possible to bookmark individual objects on a visio file embedded in a
word document to point to specific sections in the document? I have tried
creating text boxes with no background or fill, but I still get text within
the box. I'm trying for an effect like "hotspotting" a graphic on a web page.
