Bookmarks and Printing

Is it possible to print a document showing the bookmarks that I have added -
as I can see them on screen, but when it prints I cannot see them.

There isn't anything in Word that will do that automatically. You would need
to write a macro to add actual shading formatting (for example) to the
bookmarked areas or to add actual brackets.
