Bookmarks in Powerpoint

Can you set a bookmark on a slide on a contents page in PowerPoint so that it jumps to that slide when you click on it?

In the Slide Show menu point to Action Buttons. If one of the defaults
doesn't suit, select Custom & go from there.

I also meant to mention another option which may be useful for what it
sounds like you want to do - While running the slide show you can
Control/Right-Click the current slide, point to Go To Slide in the
contextual menu & select the slide you want to go to from there... Obviates
the need for additional overhead in the presentation file & you can do it
while viewing any slide :)
