Bookmarks in Word do not work in Adobe Acrobat 7.0

Can you help me with this problem?


I use bookmarks in my Word (2003) document and they work well there.
Bookmarks
in my case are referenced to certain sections of that same document, so

nothing exotic.


But when I print it to Adobe PDF, there are no bookmarks in my
PDF-generated file.
I use Adobe Acrobat 7.0 with the following settings when printing from
Word:
- Compatibility = Acrobat 7.0 (PDF 1.6)
- Object Level Compression = OFF


Please, help.
