Is there a way to use the same bookmark in different parts of the same
document ? When I attempt to add an existing bookmark to another place in
the document, it removes it from the original place I inserted it. I want to
be able to enter the information once in a user form and be able to insert
in the document at least twice. Thanks

Hi Brent,

Insert the information in the bookmark once, and insert { REF bookmarkName }
fields to show that information more than once.

Of course that would be too easy.

I get the error "Error!Reference source not found"

The bookmarks are being defined in a userform and appear on the first page

of a two page document. The REF fields are on the second page.

Thanks for your help

Hi Brent Martin

Double check that the bookmark exists and that you've spelt the name of your bookmark
correctly in the "Ref" field. The text that follows the word "Ref" must be the name of
your bookmark.

Hi Brent,
how did you insert the name of the bookmark to be referenced?
If I insert a reference field and type the name of the bookmark,
I get an error. Unfortunately the error message is in german and
means "no such bookmark" or "no bookmark name defined". If I select
the name of the bookmark from the dialog "insert field ref" everything
works fine.
