bootable PowerPoint 2007 slideshow

I found the following instructions on how to create a bootable cd that
automatically opens a slideshow with a PPS extension. Does anyone have
instructions that will work for a PowerPoint 2007 slideshow (macro-enabled),
which has a PPSM file extension?
