Border color of Drop Down boxes, Check boxes etc.

I know the colors of these boxes cannot be changed, even when using a
non-blue color scheme, but can someone tell me what the custom color values
(H, S, L, R, G, B) would be to match them? It doesn't seem to be a standard
color.
