Border for individual note

Hello,

In OneNote 2007, is it possible to have a auto-resizing, permanently
visible border to each individual note?

A border is visible when a note is being edited and I'm looking for
something similar. But I'm unable to find a way to get a border that
will appear around the note and will dynamically resize as the note
gets edited.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

This feature does not exist.
