Border line in middle of page

I am trying to put a border line in the middle of a page, under some text. I
put a border line at the top of the page after one line of text, no problem.
But now I'm trying to put another border line down in the middle of the page
after more text and I cannot get it to work. Help! Thanks.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems that both of your questions refer
to Microsoft Word. This is the forum for Microsoft Access, a database
application. Please try microsoft.public.word instead.
