Border troubles

Hello,
I'm using word 97 and i'm having problems with a border. On the
screen the border looks fine. It's going round the whole page and is
measured from the page edge. But in print preview the bottom section is
missing. I've tried to adjust margins, footers and such but it's not
helping. I think the border is outside the printable area. How can I make
sure that the border prints. It's been 2 hours of fiddling and i'm not
getting very far.
Paper is A4 and the page border is a 24 pt art ( celtic style ). Can
anyone help?
