Borders [Word 2003]

Hi, everybody.

I am using MS Word 2003 with Windows XP.

When I select "Format//Borders and Shading" and insert a border round the
page, the bottom border never shows in Print Preview. Nor does it print. No
matter how small I make the margins in Page Setup, I cannot get the bottom
of the border to show.

Can anyone help?

I can't get a margin less than 2.3cm - just under 1". Thanks for the input.
