bottom delete and restore

Hi i have a problem with outlook. Accidentally i have delete a news bottom on
toolbar selecting a correspondent voice in Tool->Customize->Command and
deleting it with remove option. That now, How i can restore this voice. I
don't find it, it isn't in "Go" like in the first moment.

Make sure Outlook Express is set as your default newsreader in Control
Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs
