bottom navigator bar changed by words visible in the bar have not

I have changed the titles of the pages on both the side and bottom navigator
bars but the visible titles in the bars do not change. The side bar can be
changed manually but I cannot amend the bottom bar. The system has changed
the titles 'internally' as they show up correctly in the boxes when I open
them to make changes.

Also how do you get the hyperlink at the bottom of one page to link to the
top of the destination page.

Select the bottom navbar > Format > Navigation bar properties. In that
dialog > Modify Link... and in the next dialog edit the "Text to display:
field" at the top of the page. For some reason you need to do this with both
the side and the bottom navbars as modifying just one does not modify the
other.

As per you second question, all pages open at the top of the page by
default, so I do not understand your question.
