Bought Small Business 2007 Upgrade-not compatible with my software

I purchased Office Small Business 2007 Upgrade because side of the box and
salesman said that if I had Works 6.0 or above, this upgrade would work.
However it doesn't--why--I don't know. What can I do to get this
installation to work. Should I buy Works 9.0 and then reinstall the Small
Business? Help.

Hi Joe,

Did you get an error message on installation, or ??? Is Works v6 installed and working? MS Works v6 does qualify for the upgrade
edition of MS Office

if you are trying to upgrade from works9, this is a known problem and there
is a knowledge base fix just for this problem.
