Bounced emails

I keep getting the following error messsage

"your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.

Subject: FW: ITV's new look commentary team.
Sent: 28/04/2004 22:33

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'anon' on 28/04/2004 22:33
550 Administrative prohibition"

What am I doing wrong in my Email Accounts setups?
