Bound Columns From Table LookUp Wizard

I have used the lookup wizard in setting up fields in a table. The query
used for the lookup has several columns and is used for 3 different fields in
the table. But, although I've bound different columns to the fields, they
all come up with the first column's data??? Why is the column number I've
set being ignored and the first column is being stored in the field?
