bound object frame picture

I want to be able to use a bound object frame to display a picture on a form.
For my particular usage I need a control that is able to be selected......an
image control cannot be. What do I put in the control source field so that
the picture wil appear. Putting the full addreess of the picture including
the folder name does not work....unless I'm doing it incorrectly.
