I have a user getting an error message in Access 97 on Win2k SP4 that says
the database can't save changes to the bound OLE object. Either you don't
have permissions to write to the record in which the object is stored, or the
record is locked by another user. This works fine under Win98. I am running
Access while logged in as Administrator and I still get the error, so
apparently it is not a local permissions problem.
