Bound picture in Report

HI,

This is my first attempt at using images in a db. I can't
get anything I have tried, to work.

I want a picture of an item and the item code in a table.
It appears I should link the pic, not use OLE.

My desired output is a report, showing the Item Code and
pic of the item. I base my report on a query, but I only
get a jpg icon on my report, not the image.

Any suggestions?
